Susan Finch, MD

Dr. Susan Finch grew up in the Northern suburbs of Chicago. She graduated from the University of Pennsylvania with a bachelor's degree in political science and received her medical degree from the Lewis Katz School of Medicine at Temple University.

After nearly a decade in Philadelphia, she moved to New York City to complete her residency training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Hospital. During residency, Dr. Finch conducted research about safety protocols during labor and delivery. After completing her medical training, Dr. Finch was excited to finally return to Chicago to practice obstetrics and gynecology in the area she calls home. She enjoys getting to know her patients and building long-term relationships, which she believes is the foundation of providing excellent medical care. Dr. Finch treats a wide range of gynecologic conditions, and she performs minimally invasive surgery and in-office procedures. She provides obstetric care for both low-risk and high-risk pregnancies. Dr. Finch is bilingual in English and Spanish.

Outside of work, Dr. Finch likes to spend time with her husband and daughter. She lives in the Lakeview neighborhood of Chicago and can be found petting every dog she meets.
