• Thursdays at 9:30am (childcare room open during this session)

Pricing

• WSWH patients: $15 per class or $120 for a 10-class package
• Non WSWH Patients: $18 per class or $150 for a 10-class package

What to bring

• Comfortable clothing
• Water bottle
• Removable layer for comfort
• Yoga mat
